They possess firsthand knowledge of the challenges and intricacies of leading mission-driven organizations. Moreover, these seasoned leaders impart their expertise to students as they also hold teaching positions at leading universities in Armenia, combining practical experience with academic rigor. Furthermore, their academic background includes graduation from some of the world's best universities, ensuring a comprehensive and global perspective in their teachings. Students will benefit from their real-world insights, academic excellence, and dedication to fostering the next generation of impact leaders in the nonprofit sector. Our instructors of leadership have not only accumulated extensive experience in managerial roles within NGOs and international organisations in Armenia but have also shared their knowledge with a significant number of students. With a combined teaching experience that has impacted around 1000 students to date, they have consistently demonstrated their commitment to nurturing and empowering the next generation of leaders in the field.
